What is Social T Marketing & PR’s client management process?

Each Social T client is assigned an account manager who will really get to know you, your brand, your goals, and your audience. The director of content and director of social media are also deeply engaged with client objectives, teams, and resources to ensure success. Your client team (account manager, Director of Content, and Tina) participates in monthly marketing meetings with your key organization stakeholders. During meetings, we discuss monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables, PR opportunities, blogs, e-newsletters, print newsletters, social media requests, and more.

We are constantly ensuring that client goals align with strategic outcomes. During meetings, clients have the opportunity to talk through last-minute items, brainstorm with our team, and create real plans with action items. These tactics are in place to keep lines of communication open.
